I love Christmas season.🎄 I teach a ballet barre 🩰 class unit each year in December. Over a span of 6 classes, my HIIT class students get to learn a new series of exercises using proper ballet form. I'm very proud of my guys & gals for their hard work, focus, & for opening up to unfamiliar training methods.

After 6 more months of winter training, my team started our 2023 Spartan Trifecta season down in the Houston, TX area with a 10k Super. 6.2 miles & 25 obstacles later . . . 🥴 we crossed the finish line.
