From our hearts 🫶 to yours, we want to say THANK YOU to everyone who came to the Mindfulness Triathlon this past weekend! The evening was beautiful and it was filled with community, fun, love and support. We are deeply grateful for everyone who showed up, sponsored, volunteered, participated, and put love, time, and energy into this event. We couldn’t have done it without you! We hope you walked away feeling encouraged and empowered in your mental health journey 🙌🙏.
Most of all, thank you for supporting our cause! Because of your generosity, our will grow and will continue to provide mental health tools to the youth in our community. Know that you make a difference and we are so grateful to have your support!

Parking info and Run Route for tonight.
Please arrive at Tyler Athletic and Swim Club by 5pm. The Tennis Tournament will still be going on so we are suggesting people carpool or Uber if possible to the event. There will be street parking available in the neighborhood as well as additional parking in the field next to the tennis courts (see pic above).
The event is ON rain or shine!!unless there is severe weather. We have been watching the weather closely and we anticipate a clear evening. Please feel free to bring blankets to lay out, and be sure to wear your Halloween costume! We will have Halloween candy at all of the sponsor table!!

✨PACKET PICKUP IS THIS FRIDAY 10/28✨at Dick's Sporting Goods in Broadway Square Mall from 5pm-8pm.
Head to the back of the store towards the shoe section and you will see our table. You will check in for the event, receive your swag bag and free yoga mat from Project One (reserved for the first 200 participants who sign up)!
Can't make it to Packet Pickup on Friday? We will have Registration and Packet Pickup before the event starts on Saturday 10/29 from 4pm-5pm at Tyler Athletic and Swim Club.
Doing the Mindfulness Triathlon Virtually and need your swag bag item shipped? We have a shipping option available when you sign up!
Want to skip the run, yoga, meditation and head straight to the party? We have an option for that too! Purchase tickets for our After Party event and be sure to wear your costume and get ready to have some fun! (Swag bag not included with After Party registration)
