This morning, members of our community came together for more than just a workout. 🇺🇸
Athletes of all fitness levels showed up to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice through the Memorial Day Murph workout. Grateful for every person who pushed through the miles, reps, sweat, and struggle in remembrance of our fallen heroes.
Today was about service, sacrifice, and community — and CrossFit Tyler showed up strong. ❤️🤍💙
