🔥 Get ready to turn up every Thursday at 6:15 PM! This high-energy step aerobics class mixes classic moves with music-driven rhythm for a full-body workout that’s as fun as it is effective. Bring your energy and let’s get stepping!!

Women’s HIIT Boxing class every Tuesday & Thursday at 5pm! First class is always free, we encourage you to bring your own gloves but extra pairs can most definitely be provided. Be prepared to throw some combinations and get a full body workout!
