Texas License to Carry (LTC) Course and Home Video Surveillance Systems You may bring bottled drinks and snacks to the classroom.

Training covers all necessary requirements to qualify the student to apply for the Texas Carry License. Legal Discussion, written exam, and shooting proficiency all conducted in a 5-6 hour course. Requirements: handgun of at least .32 caliber, unloaded in a range bag or case, 50 rounds of ammo, eye and ear protection (prescription and sunglasses are fine), pen/paper, drivers license or state ID. V. Discretionary Licensing Facilitated Jim Crow Restrictions

The Fourteenth Amendment did away with actually naming African Americans in laws prohibiting the right to bear arms. Instead, in the Jim Crow era facially-neutral laws imposed prohibitive fees and restrictions on the poor and were selectively enforced in ways to deny the right of black citizens to possess and carry arms.
In 1892, Ida B. Wells wrote that a “Winchester rifle should have a place of honor in every black home, and it should be used for that protection which the law refuses to give.” Ida B. Wells, Southern Horrors: Lynch Law in All its Phases 16 (1892).

You have to be willing to accept responsibility for what your firearm can do to another person. It may not be lethal, but you can injure someone, whether on purpose or by accident. So it would be best if you practice with your gun and maintain your training.
