If you carry concealed and want to put your shooting skills into a more realistic, dynamic environment, come join us for our next Vault Arms IDPA Match!

For newer shooters, we encourage you to look at IDPA as training first and competition second.

Standing in a lane and punching holes in paper is great for fundamentals, but IDPA gives you the opportunity to work through situations that require you to think, move, and engage targets in ways you normally won't experience during a standard range session.

Stages may include:

• Shooting from behind barricades and barriers
• Multiple target transitions
• Shooting from different positions
• Movement through a stage
• Reloads and fi***rm manipulation
• Possible low-light shooting
• Decision-making while under a little pressure

You do not need to be an experienced competition shooter to come out.

If you conceal carry and want to challenge yourself, build confidence with your handgun, and practice skills beyond standing still in a shooting lane, this is a great place to start.

This is Part Two of our 3-Part Women’s Handgun Training Series and is designed for women who already understand the basics and are ready to start developing practical defensive handgun skills.

• Defensive handgun & holster selection
• Drawing safely from the holster

• Recoil control & follow-up shots

This course meets the Texas DPS training requirements for obtaining your Texas License to Carry and includes:

🚨 GSSF Indoor Matches Coming to Vault Arms 🚨

Vault Arms will be hosting a **3-match GSSF Indoor Series** through the **G***K Sport Shooting Foundation**.

These will be **indoor, climate-controlled matches**, giving participants a comfortable environment to compete, improve their skills, and enjoy a structured match experience.

📅 Match Dates:
• September 12th
• October 10th
• November 14th

These matches are **G***K ONLY** and include multiple divisions/classifications:

• Stock
• Unlimited
• G***K MOS
• Pocket G***K
• Rimfire

✅ **GSSF membership is required to compete.**
Membership is **$35 per year**.

IDPA TOMORROW NIGHT AT VAULT ARMS

We will be hosting IDPA tomorrow at 6:00 PM.

The range will close to the public at 5:30 PM so we can get everything set up.

New shooters are welcome. Come out, learn, and get some solid trigger time in a safe, structured environment.

Please bring:
• Two magazine carriers
• $30 entrance fee
• Your handgun, magazines, eye/ear protection, and ammo

We’ll see everyone tomorrow night at Vault Arms.

Looking to get one of the best values in training seen in the area?

We are pleased to announce our upcoming RED, WHITE & PEW Training Day on July 3rd, 2026. This will be an all day training event where you can register for one to five different classes for a total of $50 (a $200 value). The days schedule is below:

10 - 6 pm Scenario Based Training Immersion into real life situations

10 - 6 pm Q&A sessions with instructors/USCCA Rep
10:30 - 11:30 am Red Dot Basics Beginning red dot fundamentals for those transitioning to an optic from iron sights This is a live fire training. You will need approximately 50 rounds.

12 -12:30 pm Drawing from the holster Proper drawing techniques from holster, concealment or off body carry. A holster or other method of carry is required.

12:30 - 1:30 pm Mozambique Drill Close quarters shooting drills, holster required A holster or other method of carry is required. This is a live fire drill. You will need approximately 25 rounds of ammo.

2:00 - 3:00 pm Combat & Tactical Reloads Training in safely and quickly performing a reload under stress conditions. This is a live fire training. You will need approximately 50 rounds of ammo and multiple magazines.

3:30 - 4:30 pm Shooting & Moving Training on shooting while moving under stress. This is a live fire training. You will need approximately 50 rounds of ammo.

5:30 - 6:30 pm Low Light Shooting Training in accurately shooting in low light conditions A weapon light or handheld flash light is required. This is a live fire training. You will need approximately 25 rounds of ammo. We will supply eye and hearing protection if needed. All ammo is student's responsibility. Multiple magazines are highly recommended.
