Men's Golf to Transition to NJCAA Division I | Tyler Junior College Athletics
The Tyler Junior College Athletic Department has announced that the men's golf program will compete at the NJCAA Division I level effective with the 2022-2023 academic year. The Apache golf team has previsouly competed at the Division II level.

This group did well. They really cared about each other & worked hard to get better everyday. They bought in & enjoyed being a part of something bigger than themselves. They’ll be remembered in Tyler for a long time.

They were picked to finish #6 in the conference.
It was a tough year that threw some curveballs at us, but we all hung in there and grew a little bit. I love this stuff - it don’t grow on trees & you can’t get it anywhere else. Thank God for football and for TJC ⚫️🔸

TJC, led by a golden arm quarterback and a beast-mode linebacker, is the only Lone Star State team in the NJCAA’s final football rankings.

Special group of guys. Each has their own story. I love this stuff man.
These 4 in the photo represent a whole band of brothers. Guys from all walks of life- all in love with the game, living to get a little better everyday. Period. Thank God for football.

Five TJC football players sign with 4-year programs
Five players from Tyler Junior College’s TIPS-C.H.A.M.P.S. Heart of Texas Bowl championship team signed to play at the next level on Wednesday — four with Division I programs.
