We're going to try this again...we are at Midvale Speedway for Autograph Night! Bring the kids! They will get to go on the track during intermission, meet the drivers, see the cars up close, and get some autographs! Definetly my favorite race day of them all!

Friday was definetly the worst race day I've had since I started racing in 2023, not that I'm complaining too much. I'm just stating the fact. I feel I've been very fortunate besides a few minor things here and there to be able to just load and unload this car every week and go race. Ive seen plenty of guys and gals dealing with ongoing problems nearly every week, so at this point I feel blessed, lucky, and/or fourtunate...whatever you wanna call it.

I started the heat race 3rd and quickly climbed to 2nd where I followed the leader for a few laps and as I was about to make my move to the outside to try for the pass another competetor took the inside position that I left vacant, he got loose and appears to have over corrected just a hair and climbed up the track and into me. I spun sideways on the front stretch and all but the last driver was able to completely miss me resulting in him clipping the front of my car. The safety crew quickly came and checked to make sure I was ok and see if I could continue, and I was. What was left of the rest of my bumper was removed but when I drove away, It was clear to me that the car would not be able to continue and I took it pit side, accesed the damages and loaded it up because our night was finished.

I talked to and checked with the other drivers involved and all were ok and all were good sportsmen, even offering to help gather any parts I need and help me get the car back on the track. Thank you, I appreciate it y'all!

Thank you to my wife for fully supporting me and my racing hobby. Also thank you to everyone who helps out or is there cheering me on.

Big thank you to everyone at Midvale Speedway from the Smart family giving us a place to race every week and putting on the 4th of July show to the safety crew making sure everything and everyone is safe and the show moves smoothly and of course everyone in between!
