Roller Derby Fit Squad is a fitness group for women 18+ of any shape or size or who want to get fit! No League, no hitting, no intentional falling. NO WALK INS.

Roller Skating for fitness and fun, we welcome women ages 18+ to get fit while learning the fundamental skills of Roller Skating and Roller Derby. All skill levels welcome! 12-Week Classes are currently held on Sundays at Nothing Fancy Rink in Union, MO and REQUIRE pre-registration. Protective Safety Gear is REQUIRED to participate, including:
