Hi guys, I'm alive! School really kicked my butt last semester, but, were all moved to Wichita, KS now and the semester is over so I am itching to do some coaching again and I'm completely available and here to help until my next crazy semester starts! ๐
Check out my website and coaching plans, all prices are 25% off for the first 5 people. (Even for past clients!)
Nutrition Coaching
I take nutrition, and especially coaching, very seriously. I will never prescribe a cookie cutter plan & absolutely all coaching and protocols are very specific to each client. For this reason, even my shortest (kick-start) type coaching, which is helping you get started and teaching you the basicsโฆ

Soo behind on sharing client progress photos! Forgive me, life is HECTIC RIGHT NOW.
๐Client Spotlight!๐
8 week progress from a client from this past summer. This busy, busy, busy lady made huge progress and never made any excuses. She lost a total of 7lbs, but lost a whopping 5 inches from her waist (๐ฑ), 2.75 inches from her hips, 1.5 inches from her arms, and 4.5 inches from her thighs! Yes, you read that right. Crazy good fat loss right there folks! Just goes to show the scale isn't the only (or best!) indicator of progress. ๐๐ผ

I'm so happy being back in my gym. Extra motivation for sure! Change in scenery is always good for me. I'm a creature of habit and changing that always gives me a boost.

I am just LOVING the balance I've found the past 8 months. ๐๐ผ I've never been able to be in such COMPLETE control of myself without a big goal (like a show, vacation, etc. some kind of deadline). To be quite honest, I think I'm even more driven & diligent now without those things. Yes, I'll have days where I go over my macros... But I still always keep my activity up and make sure to burn more calories on those days, and then stick to my macros to a T the other 6 days of that week. Because of this, I am at my lowest weight in a year and I'm certain that it's a leaner version of that weight as well since I know I've gained muscle in the last 12 months, undoubtedly. Life's good. ๐๐ผ oh, and don't mind the mess I'm moving back into my home (that hubby and I have been away from for 10 weeks) & still unpacking and cleaning. ๐ฌ

What do you want? ... What do you want in all aspects of your life? What are your goals? So many people do not think of the "end game" and just spend life moseying along & inevitably WASTING TIME.
Figure out EXACTLY what you want and write it down. What do you want for your career? What do you want in your relationship? Do you want to lose the weight you've been talking about losing for years? DO IT. Do you want a Mercedes Benz? GET IT. Make a plan to get there. If you think you cant, then you're right. You cant. Because that mindset wont make it happen.
You dont want to be 80 years old regretting all the things you never did. I dont think anyone ever died thinking how happy they are that they lived their life to the very least of their ability.
Live your life with purpose.

Doing nothing will get you nothing. Staying comfortable will hold you back. If you want change in your life, no matter what it may be (physical change, a new job, self-growth) you have to take the first step and be uncomfortable for a little while. It will be worth it.
