Athletes who work with Meadow, please read this note from her below:
Cancellation notice:
Effective October 1st I will be enforcing a new cancellation policy of the following:
-If you need to reschedule/cancel a lesson for any reason and you do it within 24 hours or more there will be no penalty.
- If you cancel a lesson 24 hours or less prior than your scheduled lesson (excluding an emergency situation) you will need to pay 50% of your lesson cost before being allowed to book another lesson
-If you cancel within 3 hours of lesson time (excluding an emergency situation) you will need to pay for the entirety of your lesson cost before being allowed to book another lesson
- In the case of a no call/no show, you will need to pay the entirety of your lesson cost plus a $10 non-refundable deposit for your next booked lesson
*if Meadow has to cancel (excluding the case of an emergency/sickness) within 24 hours you will receive your next lesson for 50% off*
As most of you are aware I am a teacher. So during the school year my schedule is already very limited with times. With this means there is not a lot of flexibility, so whenever there is no notice of cancellations it makes it harder- and takes a spot from another athlete.
I know with the busier fall schedules things come up, and I understand having to cancel/reschedule lessons happens, but please make sure to try to communicate that early!
I will also begin sending out texts 24 hours before lessons to confirm lessons slots, to try to limit as many last minute cancellations as possible.
