Parks Partners would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Cheryl Maxwell for her 15 years of incredible service and dedication to our organization and our community.
Cheryl has given countless hours of her time, energy, and heart to help make so many of our projects and events successful. From her work supporting the Dog Park, to helping lead and organize community favorites like Casino Night, the Pumpkin Patch, and Designer Purse Bingo, Cheryl has been instrumental in planning and executing these events flawlessly year after year.
Her commitment to Parks Partners has helped create meaningful experiences for our community while supporting improvements to our city parks. The time, passion, and leadership she has shared over the past 15 years have truly made a lasting impact.
And the best part? Cheryl isn’t done yet.
She continues to do incredible things throughout the Universal City business community by hosting local business meetups, helping connect and support small businesses, and staying actively involved with the Universal City Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association. On top of that, she continues her daily efforts supporting our community in countless other ways.

This Saturday, Dec 6 7-11 am at the Universal city Fire Station- Pancake Breakfast you will find the Patch Team working tirelessly to help our UCPFA raise funds for the burn out fund. All you can eat pancakes and sausage $5 for anyone 12 and older and 11 and under eats FREE! Skip the line and order your tickets in advance.

One way we support our community out of season is volunteering our time with other organizations. The UC Fire Station Pancake Breakfast is always a huge hit. Seriously ....where else can you get all-you-can-eat pancakes and sausage for $5 per person 12 and over and 11 and Under eat FREE!!! Come see us Saturday, December 6, 7-11 am and fill your bellies before Christmas shopping.

This Saturday, November 8th, 7am - 1pm, at 1032 Pat Booker Rd (Randolph Church of Christ).
The GRAK Kiwanis Club invites you to their annual Sausage & Pancake Breakfast. All proceeds will go to helping children in our local community. There’s also a silent auction.
It’s the perfect location - enjoy breakfast and then watch the Veterans’ Day Parade! The parade starts at 10 am.
