If you’re a hooper trying to build real bounce, stop chasing random jumps and start owning your positions.
Try these 3 plyos 👇
1️⃣ Single Leg A-Skips – Timing + rhythm. Strike under the hip, stay tall and elastic.
→ Builds coordination and sprint carryover.
2️⃣ Linear Single Leg Hops – Straight line, same leg, stick each landing.
→ Trains ankle stiffness, knee stability, and single-leg power.
3️⃣ Deep Tier Split Squat Hops – Deep split, explode up, reset with control.
→ Builds unilateral power + deceleration strength.
Run this 2x/week (with lower body lifts):
3–4 sets each, 5–8 reps/leg (20 yards on skips).
Rest 60–90 sec. Quality over fatigue.
Stay consistent 6–8 weeks and the bounce shows up.
