We provide a well-organized soccer program, structured to accommodate any level of player. My name is Gershom Lobbo and I am the director of Arch City S.C. The purpose of Arch City S.C. is to provide a world class, educational soccer program that challenges kids and young adults to become outstanding soccer players and members of their community. This is achieved through high quality coaching with
a global perspective, as well as a focus on the individual development of each player. At Arch City S.C. we respect and value all player’s unique abilities, qualities and achievements. My coaching philosophy stems from my experiences playing soccer with a variety of players of different backgrounds and countries of origin. I myself was born in Liberia, and grew up in Guinea and Sierra Leone prior to settling in the United States at the age of fourteen. I have learned that each region around the world has a distinct style and way of playing soccer. My goal is to incorporate the best of each of these playing philosophies to allow every player to reach their full potential and play at their highest level. I also understand the values learned on the soccer field are the same values that will allow players to achieve success off the field as well. Arch City S.C. is focused not only on developing technical skills and talent, but also instilling in players the work ethic and attitude that will allow them to pursue and achieve their greatest goals in life. is currently offering skill building technical sessions for a variety of ages of players. Our hope is to soon expand into having a select soccer team to compete with the best teams in St. Louis.
