Inspiral Motion, home of GYROTONIC Cleveland, is a boutique-style movement arts studio offering inspirational instruction in GYROTONIC and Pilates exercise with some of the finest Movement Educators in Ohio. We create specialized movement workouts tailored to our client's specific needs, restrictions and injuries utilizing either the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM method, or Pilates. Our staff is hand-selected by owner, Director, and Specialized Master Trainer Lisa Lansing, and our studio is the only fully equipped GYROTONIC Teacher Training Studio in the state. People love our beautiful, clean studio with fresh flowers every week on our windowsills, glistening candles and blissful ambience. Coming to Inspiral is like steeling an hour away from chaos and giving yourself a treat.
