The 22 week bump 💗💗💗

It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything- I decided when we got pregnant that I was going to take a break from EmbraceFit. The first trimester was rough and the only exercise I could do was walking. But now I’m in the second trimester and feeling great! 💯 I’ve been doing Mom Moves program and have really loved it! I love that it’s all planned out, safe, and includes pelvic floor work from a PT.

All that to say- my workouts are now available for FREE on my website. Go to the link in my bio and click on the welcome page. You’ll have access to all the workouts currently loaded on my page! I hope you enjoy a few months of free workouts! 💜💪🏼🖤

Happy end of September and happy end of Back to School Challenge for all of y'all that participated!

Two weeks in... how are we feeling💪

It takes 20 days to build a new habit and we are almost there! There are so many great benefits to regularly working out, and I am so excited that we are building these habits together📅

Throughout this challenge, I have heard from so many women that getting those first two weeks knocked out has been the toughest part, but going into these next two weeks they are feeling AMAZING!

September is here which means fall is coming!

Fall is one of my favorite seasons of cooking. The vegetables are always perfect, and I use every chance I get to be creative in my kitchen with fall staples!

This month, I am sharing this AMAZING Pesto Chicken Zucchini Boat recipe from Ambitious Kitchen. The homemade pesto is to DIE for and this meal checks SO many nutritional boxes, while also being so delicious!

Happy first Monday of May! 🌺

There’s something about the start of a new month that feels so good! Maybe last month didn’t go as planned. You didn’t move as much as you wanted. Exercise kept getting pushed to the side.
OR maybe April was awesome and you’re ready to push through May even stronger!

No matter where you’re at in your journey, this could be your month! Try a new workout, call a friend and go for a walk instead of drinks, try out a new healthy recipe!

And just like that, another challenge done ✅

The March Madness Challenge was fast and furious! 3 weeks, 12 workouts, lots of weights, and only 30 minutes a day! So proud of all the ladies who worked so hard over the past 3 weeks, planned their weeks out to fit the workouts in with no excuses, and showed up for themselves!

I love leading new challenges! There’s so much excitement that comes with it and lots of hard work!
