The Moody Y said goodbye to some beloved members today as they start a new journey in San Antonio. Shamalee and Tomasa Haliman were as active in the Y as you can get, working out at least five days per week before the sun came out. Shamalee was a Livestrong graduate and they both participated in our Active Older Adult programming. We love our Y community and we are going to miss these two tremendously.
