Just kidding! This took months of work and isn’t some nervous system trick that allows the client to achieve the results in the gym and lose them as soon as they stand up.
We all want results that happen instantaneous but the truth is anything worth having takes work and time.
We put in the work to achieve these results but surprisingly we didn’t do much of this stretch or foam rolling.
We focused on increasing thoracic extension through exercise selection while getting in a great overall workout.
We didn’t have to sacrifice multiple workouts or change our exercise experience while still achieving results!
Sometime you just have to put in the work and that’s what me and my team here are here to help you accomplish, your goals!

Little changes make a big difference!
Here I have with a before and after on some technique work with his squat.
In the first picture you can see he has his weight on the edge of both feet but most noticeably on his right foot. He also has his feet very wide and his depth isn’t low enough.
We worked on the tibial rotation in his right foot to help keep his foot straight and not toe out or load the edge.
We also worked on decreasing his stance width to help with knee valgus (collapsed knee or knees) and ankle mobility on his left ankle to increase squat depth.
As you can see in the second picture and side by side his squat is much cleaner now and allows for more movement and safer lifting while under load.
These little changes will lead to big changes in weight with his squat and keep his back, ankles, knees, and hips happy.
Although he squats during athletics at school there’s not often enough coaching to assess one on one. That’s where comes in and helps guide this athlete so there’s less chance of injury in the future!

Physical fitness has been found to be one of the top five habits of successful business people according to a Harvard Business Review study. According to the study, CEOs exercise regularly, averaging 45 minutes daily committed to a fitness regimen. The article stated executives express a desire to "train just as elite athletes do."
We are proud to call some of Dallas' most prominent business executives our clients. Come see us at The Forge on Dyer to learn more about customizing a unique fitness and wellness program suited to your needs and schedule.

Quarantine 15???
My client Sunil has been putting in the work since January to get ripped up for the summer and didn’t let the pandemic stop those results. How?
🟠Eat Healthy, even while staying home and being bored.
🟠Resistance Train. Sunil reached out to me and asked for some basic equipment to stay in shape when the gym closed for shelter in place. We kindly obliged because we want our clients to succeed no matter the circumstances.
🟠Discipline & Dedication. Working hard and eating right 90% of the time. Always pushing for more and not letting anything set him back. Sticking with his plan.
🟠Allowing indulgences. Although he worked hard he still allowed some epic cheat meals. This helped prevent plateaus and relieve stress.
What do you want to accomplish with your body? What are you doing to see that through? Do you need help?
Come see me or hit me up on here to get results!!!
