Yoga in the morning brings numerous benefits to your day. In the quiet and still of the day, before you grab a cup of coffee/tea, taking quiet time and reflection along with moving the body helps get blood pumping and more oxygen to the cells creating healthy circulation.
If you are short on time try standing tall in Mountain Pose, Inhaling, then Exhaling while hinging at the hips, placing hands on the mat, and stepping back into Downward Dog, then to Plank (knees on ground, if needed) and back up to Downward Dog. The deep Inhale/Exhale is an important component to your movement. This is a great way to get the blood circulating at the start of your day!
