It’s been a wild ride!! Looking back, I’ve taken a crazy & sometimes unpredictable path! I wouldn’t change a thing.

Bodybuilding or this healthy lifestyle has been the platform which I’ve built my life upon. The very foundation of my entire adult life.

I grew up in a family full of athletes. There was a healthy (most of the time) competition among my siblings. I was the only girl & the baby! Of course, I was expected to keep up with “the boys”! My brothers always treated me like another brother & I was always eager to try to keep up with them. Haha! They protected me, but also made me strong. For this, I am grateful!!! We each played multiple sports & strived to be the best we could be in each endeavor.

Of the three of us, I was predicted to have the highest education. My brother Todd, was predicted to become the professional athlete in the family. AND…well…my eldest brother, Tommy, was just gifted in every area in life. Unfortunately, his life was taken by a drunk driver many years ago..& much too soon! As life would have it, I became the professional athlete & Todd accomplished the highest level of education with his doctorate.

Life can surprise you in my most AMAZING ways. When something is intended for you, nothing can stop it!
