Hey guys! I drove to Maryland Heights Community Center to teach my noon class. Brian had to come get me. Page and Upper Bottom were closed. Took us an hour on pure ice to get home. I do not have a car now and I don't want any of you out in this mess so see you next week for REFIT®️. I will let you know about Rev+Flow tomorrow. I will have to get my car from MH tomorrow. Stay warm and safe!!!

Hey All! We have another free Rev+Flow preview class tonight at 5:30pm. Feedback last week was 100% positive!

Bring a mat and light hand weights (no heavier than 3 pounds). You can do the entire class without weights and standing if you wish!

Class is at Chapel of the Cross Lutheran Church at 907 Jungermann in St. Peters. Parking and gym entrance in the back.

Tomorrow night is our last class in November and your final chance to do Stretchy Pants this year! Class starts at 5:45pm. 👖

And don't forget Tuesday night at 5:30pm is our second FREE Rev+Flow preview class. Bring light hand weights and a mat. 🧘🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️

We will collect items for the food pantry one final week as well.🥫

Classes are at Chapel of the Cross at 907 Jungermann in St. Peters. Gym entrance and parking in the back! ⛪️🚙

Inviting everyone to my Rev +Flow FREE preview class Tuesday at 5:30pm.

Chapel of the Cross Lutheran Church at 907 Jungermann Road. Parking and gym entrance in the back.

Bring a mat and light hand weights. You can use water bottles for weights as well. Or you can do all the songs without weights.

While the goal would be to get down on the mat, if that does not work for your body, I will show you options using a chair.
