Comment “MOBILITY” for my FREE guide.

As a life-long athlete…

I’ve struggled with pain from old sports injuries for years.

Part of the reason I became a physical therapist, was to be able to know how to fix my own body

So that I could continue doing the things I love for as long as possible.

And one of the biggest things I’ve learned…

Is that 90% of pain can be improved or prevented with the right plan.

Just 15 mins a day can make a huge difference in your quality of life both now…

And into the future.

If you want to find start turning back the clock on your body

And create a more fluid, effortless swing.

Comment “MOBILITY” for my FREE starter guide.

You don’t have to do everything, just start doing something.

Comment “ROTATE” for my FREE guide.

I wish I knew this earlier in my golf life.

I could have doubled my swing gains while cutting my range time in half.

As a TPI certified golf physio and former D1 golfer

the biggest difference I see between low and high handicappers is body coordination.

What does that mean?

It’s the ability to ACCURATELY feel and coordinate the different segments of the body in space.

Make no mistake. Feel and real are often very different.

Most people think they’re doing one thing, but are actually doing something very different.

This is a skill.

It’s something that can be trained and developed by performing exercises, drills, activities

that require you to coordinate the hips, torso and limbs together in multiple planes of movement

Ideally with visual feedback (ie mirror or camera)

If you’re a serious golfer, looking to lower your handicap fast

Incorporating functional training is the lowest hanging fruit to maximize your performance

Comment “ROTATE” and I’ll send you my FREE starter guide to improving your rotation and sequencing.

This is my meditation.

Been working on my shoulder mobility recently to help take strain off the shoulders

and I’ve picked up about 10-15 deg of external rotation in both my shoulders. (Always been super limited)

This, however has changed my backswing a bit. More external rotations means I need less forearm rotation

Or else the club is more layed off and I tend to leave it open at impact (hence a big block on occasion)

Working on less forearm rotation to get the club more on plane in the backswing.

Also, still continuing to work on staying taller in the backswing or unweighting more..

In order to allow my hand path to drop lower in the downswing

Feeling like the shoulders are fully healthy for the first time in 16 months.

Hoping to finally be able to hit balls consistently and get the swing grooved!
