This was my dad having my back from heaven! I had no idea this picture was being taken. I remember this class in down town Saint Augustine Yoga on the lawn with Pilates Yoga Loft. Our instructor Debbie had gone to see Elton John the night before, so her whole play list was his music. My dad’s favorite song is “Benny and the Jets”. I remember during our flow we were in Childs pose, Benny and the Jets was playing and in this moment in my mind I said “Dad this is perfect, this is your song and I am your child in Childs pose. I saw this photo posted in the event pictures after I got home! I got chills. Immediately knowing my dad is still with me in spirit. I will forever have this reminder.. Happy Heavenly Father’s Day Dad!

What a beautiful way to celebrate the first day of Summer and International Yoga Day! The summer solstice brings Gratitude, Growth, and Inner Light.
