Istrouma Sports Istrouma provides recreational youth sports leagues for an affordable price. We focus on developing fundamentals and praising God through sports.

Istrouma Sports Organization hosts developmental sports leagues for kids between 3 year olds and 8th grade. Team sports include volleyball (Fall), flag football (Fall), basketball (Winter), and baseball (Spring). We also provide dance and karate programs. These programs focus on teaching fundamentals, developing skill, and building character through redemptive qualities. ISO also provides programs for adults including golf outings, fitness classes, pick-up basketball, and more. Visit our website for registration and more information.
