Every second and third Saturday of the month!

1-2pm. Kids Aerial Yoga

For kids (ages 6-12), this class will bring your little ones into a space of awareness, creativity, strength and tranquility. The class will incorporate mat yoga poses and flows that are specifically designed to enhance core strength, balance, concentration and full-body coordination. Children will use the aerial yoga hammock in various ways, including to stretch, strengthen and rest.

2:15-3:15pm. Parent & Me Aerial Yoga
Playful introduction to aerial for kids ages 2-6 years old and their parent. This unique experience combines the joy of movement with the magic of aerial yoga, creating a special bonding time for parents and their little yogis. Soar through the air, explore gentle poses, and build trust in a playful and supportive environment.
