Join us with zeee wonderful for a 90 minute Reformer 101 Workshop on April 11th at 1p!
We'll explore what the Pilates Reformer is, learn some of the fundamental aspects of this beautiful machine as well as how you could incorporate it into your specific lifestyle or needs!
Everyone in attendance will be able to participate with demonstrations and exercises. This is a great way to learn and educate our Tribe with the fundamentals/basics of the Pilates Reformer.

Reformer classes at Jacaranda on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 5:30 pm and 7 pm. First class is only $15. I invite you to try a class and see what it can do for your body. The reformer utilizes springs for resistance, with emphasis on your core. Multiple muscle groups integrate with one another to move your body with precision, control and flow.
