Sõl Perry is an award-winning Internationally Certified Trainer, Nutritionist, Wellness Coach, Author, Transformation Specialist, and the founder of Sõl Perry Fitness, LLC, one of top-training studios in the nation

Inspired by his Mother’s battle against Cancer, Sol and his wife, Amanda, have lost a combined 200lbs together with a complete health and lifestyle turnaround. This personal weight loss journey has instilled the empathy to help his clients break through their personal barriers to the body and health of their dreams. Sõl’s holistic approach encompassing nutrition, fitness, mobility and wellness has produced thousands of amazing transformations both online and in person, while his personal transformation has been featured all over the globe with the hope to instill the message, “real change is possible.” Sõl is on the expert advisory panel to Consumer Health Digest, one of the largest platforms in the industry, and has competed in professional international fitness competitions placing in the top 20 while being the oldest and the only formerly obese competitor. Sol served as coach for the Special Olympics, and his only sibling, Jason, was born severely physically and mentally disabled, instilling the value of health and wellness at an early age and committing Sõl to philanthropy advocating for Lung Disease and Autism, speaking before Congress to support research aiding in raising over $1 million worldwide. Sõl lives with his wife Amanda, giant polar bear dog Magnus, and his three cats in Louisville, Ky where they enjoy the outdoors and Sõl randomly serenades them guitar.

🎉Happy 14th Wedding Anniversary to my lovely wife!

❤️ We were married on the day we met, so today is also the 18th year we have been together!

Took her out to try some authentic Spanish food last night, and after Baby bros Psychiatric appointment, spending more time together today.

This is one of my all time fav photos. We had just lost 200lbs together and were saving up to buy our first home and get out of our crappy one bedroom downtown appartment.

💥 To my friends, if you look closely in the distant background a massive lighting storm is headed our way, the power went out 3 times during our reception, but it all worked out in the end and it made a special day even more exciting.

Steven Trentham came to me wanting to get in the shape of his life for his big WEDDING DAY!

He emphasized it was about HEALTH FIRST - and this resonates with me.

My original goal 14 years ago was to get into the shape and health of my life for our wedding. And it brings me joy to help others do the same.

Look at that skin glow and the confidence in his face!

💪 Don’t get me started on all those muscles in his arms. Thats a nice bonus to chasing health and not a number on the scale.

I composed the training, supplements, and consulted on diet strategies - and Steven followed through and executed the plan.

So proud of this guy and his lovely bride.
