rogram by Tracey Mallett Fitness/Bootybarre that offered a support group, food program and fitness. I had my breakdown and knew I was ready to take charge of my life. I dove straight in and haven't turned back. The 60 day Burn challenge helped me find my new path with food, wellness, health and fitness. I lost 9 lbs and 9.5 total body inches in that time. I kept going and learning even more about myself. I devoted my 1st year of fitness to Tracey's programs at home. In July 2015, I learned I had won the challenge being the only person to "earn" a certification training through Bootybarre. It changed my life into a new career and now I hold multiple certifications from Bootybarre. I lost 58 lbs and 45 total body inches in my first year of fitness. My 2nd year I lost 12 more lbs and 15 more inches. I've embraced Pilates, Tracey's at home DVDs, endurance training through Fitness Blender, Zumba, yoga, pilates and more plus I ditched the scale. The inches are still melting away as I gained more muscle weight. I'm still toning for 20+ years of poor eating habits and stilling around. I am a trained Balanced Body Mat Pilates Instructor. My goal is to be a full Certified Pilates instructor with the reformer, tower, chair and more. My hope in 2018 is to expand more into Pilates classes and personal training. I am an ambassador to Tracey Mallett BBB program. Thanks to the BBB, I learned how to embrace proper healthy food intake & fitness training.
