Certified youth basketball coach/trainer by: YBCA (Youth Basketball Coach Association) as well as th Hello,

My Name is Alfred Perkins III aka Coach Perkins.

I am the founder of Youth Basketball Development Academy. Our approach to training and developing basketball skill is RCP Repetition, Correction, and Praise. This is a step by step program with 3 levels: Beginner - Intermediate - Advance... Inside of those levels there are 3 steps/marks a player/student must reach to advance to the next level. Advancement through the program is based on individual evaluation, NOT by completion of the course. Everyone doesn't learn or understand at the same pace, so some will develop faster than others, Everyone will be held to their own personal standard.
