Creating stiffness in the front leg is important in getting a downward plane in your pitches as well as enabling your breaking balls to do their thing. Here you can see the front knee never recovers from the moment the front foot lands. It never extends, getting the hips to drive back and allowing the trunk to flex, allowing the hand to get out in front. Fixing this can do wonders for your pitches.
