If you’re over 50 and you don’t work out… that’s what’s going to shorten your life.

Not exercising shortens your life. Don’t move it, and it will move you to the grave.

You either move your body or you lose it. That’s a fact.

We have to build bone density and the best time to do that is when you we are young and by now we are long past that so the time is NOW. You have to build as much muscle as possible before you reach your 40s so you do age well

I think you have to work out in the last third of your life every single day if you want to preserve your age and health.

Otherwise you have no chance to fight disease and death.
