72% of U.S. organizations we surveyed faced accessibility-related legal action this past year, up from 53% last year.

That jump is one of the sharper findings from our Eighth Annual State of Digital Accessibility Report, and it's driven mainly by private-sector activity.

Nearly half of professionals expect legal or regulatory action in the year ahead, and most point to their industry and brand profile as the reason, not gaps in their own accessibility practices.

This is just one finding. Get the full report to find out what else the data reveals: https://ow.ly/Rnmv50ZSqqA

Our team is heading home from the 2026 M-Enabling Summit with so much to think about!

Over the past few days, we connected with accessibility leaders, practitioners, customers, partners, and advocates from across the industry. From conversations at our booth to discussions on stage, one theme stood out: as AI accelerates how digital experiences are built, organizations need practical ways to scale accessibility while remaining laser focused on the people their experiences are built for.

We had a blast sharing ideas, learning from others across the community, and contributing to conversations about the future of accessibility, including through participation in the Summit's closing panel.

Thank you to G3ict - The Global Initiative for Inclusive ICTs and the International Association of Accessibility Professionals: IAAP for bringing together this incredible community, and to everyone who stopped by to connect with our team. This event is such a great reminder that this is an industry with real momentum, and we’re excited to keep the conversation going.

Catch you next year!

Your team has made real accessibility progress. But when legal asks whether risk is falling, or sales needs a current conformance report for a buyer, can you answer with evidence that's ready to go?

Leaders rarely ask for accessibility metrics. They ask about risk, efficiency, revenue, and customer experience.

Our latest blog breaks down how to connect your accessibility work to each of those outcomes, from establishing a baseline to getting the right evidence in front of key stakeholders.

If an executive asked you to prove your accessibility progress right now, could you answer without hesitation?

If not, that's the evidence gap: the distance between the work and the documented proof of that work.

Our latest webinar with Corbb O'Connor covers the 5-step framework for closing that gap, plus live product demos on how we make it easy.
