We are thrilled to bring an entire week of seminars and workshops prioritizing education of mental, hormonal, nutritional and physical health to our Bodymass community!
Join us for various in-person events at Bodymass Arlington as well as virtual events via zoom.
All events are free and are open to anyone: no need to be a Bodymass member.

It is with both sadness and absolute appreciation for six years of endless memories, that we will be closing the doors to Bodymass DC, our home on Georgia Ave.
In early 2018, when we were contacted about a potential space to expand Bodymass Gym, we were excited to this corner of DC, because it’s where Kris & Virginia, the owners of Bodymass , first met in 2012 at Washington Sports Club Columbia Heights.
Over the years we’ve had so many wonderful people come through the doors of Bodymass DC! Those who were brand new to fitness, athletes, and anyone in between. Because of our wonderful trainers and members we were able to build a community that spanned various iterations.
We have been so fortunate to have met you, trained you, worked alongside you, and supported you over the past 6 years. The four walls are just a space to workout, the relationships built will continue forever.

This is our motto at Bodymass, and we believe in it so much, it’s plastered on our walls.
We also have the GET STRONG CLUB! As a team of fitness professionals we know results, community, and progress come from consistency. Each month our members have the chance to earn GET STRONG CLUB status for coming to Bodymass at least 12x that month 💪
For those hitting the GET STRONG CLUB we have various prizes!
•First month: Bodymass Shaker Cup

•BUILD: Barbell & dumbbell based strength training. Ideal for all fitness levels and experience. Mondays & Thursdays are upper body. Tuesdays & Fridays are lower body. Wednesdays & Saturdays are total body. Programming runs in 4 week cycles and progress is tracked via our TeamBuildr app. 55 minutes.
•BLAST: An introductory strength training. Workout using dumbbells, bands, and body weight plus an added conditioning finisher at the end. Ideal for those beginning their strength training journey or looking to compliment their BUILD workouts. 55 minutes.
BURN: High intensity conditioning workout designed to compliment BUILD workouts on your non-lifting days. Can be scaled for your fitness level. 30 minutes.
