Run for Hope 5K

Hosted by the Friends of Swanson Center, this event welcomes runners, walkers, families, friends, and supporters of all ages. Whether you're participating in the race or cheering others on from the sidelines, every person who shows up helps send an important message: hope matters, help is available, and no one has to face life's challenges alone.

If you're unable to attend early pick-up, packets will also be available the morning of the event at the registration tables.

The 5k Run for Hope is on Saturday September 12, 2026.

🏃‍♀️💨 STINKY TUESDAY IS TONIGHT! 💨🏃‍♂️

We’re taking Stinky Tuesday to the Marina! 🌊🍕

📍 Not sure where the Marina is? No worries! We’ll meet at the Fish Camp parking lot at 6:00 PM.

⏰ 6:00 PM
🏃‍♀️ Run: 3-ish miles — all paces welcome!

🚨 Parking: Beach parking is paid parking unless you have a beach parking sticker. There is also free street parking around the area, so plan accordingly!

After the run, we’ll hang out at the Marina, enjoy some pizza 🍕, and have some fun! Feel free to bring snacks, desserts (hand foods!) and your favorite drinks. 🍪🥨🍻

It's been a long time since we have had a Zorn run! Love the trails, the music and the after party! Oh yeah and the run! lol

Next week we have our private party at the Marina (this year we will be doing finger foods) and BYOB! If you have a sticker meet at Fish Camp! Those without a sticker reach out to Jamie Hotrod Miller!

NO RUN Tonight on 8/11. Blockhead is without power. Roads are a mess with trees down and a lot of folks are without power. While MC seems pretty ok, out of respect for those working to clean everything up, let’s skip tonight. See you next week.
