Something's been happening in the background! Sure, IT'S SUPER ugly... But it works, and that's what counts. It's going to be phenomenal in its operation when it's done (but let's face facts... It's already phenomenal)! Introducing:Diver's DeskThis software we are designing is part of a multi-software suite created to make your life as a customer much easier! There's really no single solution for what we want to accomplish with the systems we choose to integrate into our business, so we decided that owning our booking software is the way to go! Now, you as a valued customer will have more control over your experience with us that many other competitors don't offer! We will be offering so many cool functions, it borders on ridiculous. of these functions are:
1) Highly detailed shop items like local dives, dive trips, events, rentals, and more.
2) An original weather tracking and trip advisory system. View the weather in your city AND at our shop, so you can be up to date on the weather conditions to know if you need to reschedule.
3) Multiple self service options.
4) "Befriending" functionality. Gone are the days of having to continuously input your friends. On your first booking with them (in the same transaction), they will have a profile automatically created, and they will be automatically be assigned as your friend for future bookings to go on with them. Did you dive with someone on our boat(s) that you clicked with? Search for and add them on your profile!
5) Dive and Travel resources... Plan your trips and dives with our various calculators and tools.
6) We will be creating both a webapp for IoS users, and an on-board mobile app for android users, to make it more convenient for you to access our offerings and for you to manage your purchases!
7) Customer import functions...You will never see this, but we will be able to import customers from past booking systems. When we do, you will have instant access and will be made aware by email of your new account so that you can login and fill out all of your information and be squared away for your next trip with us! There is so much more that we have in mind, and this is just the beginning!
