Here’s something I want you to stop telling yourself:
“I have to start over.”
Guess what?! You don’t.
I didn’t get my workout done this morning. I was tired. And instead of forcing myself through a workout when I really needed some rest, I decided I’ll move my workout to later today.
And that might sound like a small thing… but this is the mindset shift that changes everything.
Missing a workout doesn’t mean you’ve fallen off and taking a few weeks — or even a few months — away from exercise doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
Life getting busy doesn’t erase everything you’ve already learned.
And you certainly don’t have to wait until Monday, January 1st, or some magical “perfect” time to begin again.
You aren’t starting over, my friend.
You’re just continuing.
There’s no need to tell the world that you’re back on track, because you never left the tracks. You just went on a different path for a while, ya know?
You are a woman with a life. Things happen. Plans change. You get tired. You get sick. Work gets crazy. Your family needs you. Sometimes you simply don’t have the capacity you thought you would.
The goal is to build habits and a mindset that can survive real life.
That’s the kind of work I love doing with women.
We aren’t chasing perfection, starting another extreme diet or punishing ourselves bc we missed a workout, sister. We ARE: Building strength. Building consistency. Building trust with yourself — one decision at a time.
So if you’ve spent years saying “I just need to get back on track,” maybe it’s time to stop getting back on track and start building a life you don’t constantly feel like you’re falling off of the wagon.
It’s time for a different approach instead of another restart.
If that sounds like you, send me a DM with the word “RENEW.” Let’s talk about where you are and what you actually need. ❤️🔥 Give me 6 weeks. I will give you buildable habits to keep you going.
