Had the boys from Wisconsin Friday night and Saturday morning. Friday night bite was slow but lake was beautiful. Come up short on there limit but had a great evening. So back at it Saturday morning and shot out to a little different spot that Rick Carpenter told me he done good at Friday. Thanks Rick of Misfit Charters for the info it payed off had the Wisconsin boys there fish and some for me and my mate to take home by 9:00. Want to thank Sam DeAngelo for being my mate all year and bandage me up today. Fish gill plates are sharp and laid my thumb wide open. Also got a dandy steelhead to boot. Season coming to an end soon and the weather has been brutal this year. Hopefully next year will be more stable.

Fishing was on fire 🔥 this morning. Had 4- 5 fish on at a time when we could keep the 6 rods in the water. These guys from the NWTF Sun Valley Chapter had there hands full cranking in the eyes. Always fun with these guys and great regular customers. Hope to see ya next spring. To camp they went.

Well the Fish for a Wish trip is in the books but not as planned. Weather man called for 1ft or less and ended up being 3-4 footers. This was the second attempt and didn't go well. We got out about 1 and a half miles and mama Murdock and Savanah weren't comfortable with the rough water so returned to the dock. They was ok with dad and grandpa going back out so out we went. The bite was dead for around a hour until we found some fish then it was fairly quick. So sorry for the rough lake but not in my control and nor the weather man's either. Lake was not good for first timers. Hopefully some day we can get Savanah back out were she can enjoy the trip. God bless you all and I think she enjoyed the beach.

Had the gang from Cochranton today for a quick trip and a hungry man's breakfast by 10:00. The fish were hungry also. Thanks for coming guys you've been great customers for at least 6 years know and much appreciated. Enjoy the filets and hope to see you again next year. Have some open days this month so get ahold of me.
