TruStrength TruStrength is a community and brand of specialized training for professional and amateur strength athletes.

Basically we are the opposite of popular commercial fitness gyms and performance centers and clubs with ambiguous basic fitness regimens. TruStrength is for the strength athlete with a clear sport objective. We provide professional training, information and facilities for Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, and Strongman, etc. Any athlete looking for professional strength training instruction from qualified trainers is also welcome into the TruStrength community.

Attn Powerlifters! FitCon is rapidly approaching on April 22-23rd. If you are still needing to hit qualifying numbers, we have 2 more USPA Utah events on March 4 & 5th respectively. Day 1 is the tested Utah Open, and day 2 is Utah State Championship! FitCon is back in the Salt palace this year…and there will be 25,000 in attendance! $3500 in cash prizes along with the coveted FitCon Champion belt on the line! See you all there! The StrengthX Powerlifting event has increased it's Day 1 cap from 45 to 60 lifters! So there are some openings if you meet the prerequisites to compete! I know at least 6 of these new openings were just snagged in last 48 hours, so here is a quick link to registration if you want to join in on the StrengthX Powerlifting Grand Prix last minute!
