Cable TV & Internet Service Provider Support/Advanced PC Repair, LLC Here on this page we can discuss outages and vent our frustrations! This group is United States wide and covers all service providers. Fiber Internet Providers.

Hello, I'm Shane Carles & I created this page as a central resource for all service provided things. Like Cable TV, Internet & Phone. I'm also attaching this page to my I.T Computer and Electronics company - Advanced PC Repair, LLC for anyone who needs my services! We can discuss outages and when they are repaired. We can also VENT our frustrations here. NO ONE WILL HOLD IT AGAINST YOU! I WILL MAKE SURE OF IT! I will provide links to sites to help people diagnose an issue so you have firepower when calling your service provider. TIPS:
1. When running a bandwidth test, like with Cox Communications, go to their site and log into your account. Run the tests from there because it saves the results on your account. If you go to SpeedTest.net and run the tests you will be the only one to see that unless you share the results. This insures Cox or other service providers cannot deny your claims.
2. Always perform a restart of your modem or TV set top boxes before calling in a problem. If you have a router then unplug your modem and router. Plug in the modem and wait until ALL LED lights are finished syncing up, then plug in the router. If you plug both devices back in at the same time, the firmware in the router will beat the modem booting up and will not connect to the modem.
