Crown Cues

How many of our cues are still out there? Have you a photo to share of you playing with your Crown Cue?

To our customers and fans: Please be aware that there is at least one of our cues that has been dismantled and "rebuilt" with other parts. We knew this had happened in at least a couple of instances, so this is not a big surprise. However, please do not be fooled by these "Frankenstein" versions. Just because it may have pieces of our cue designs does NOT mean we built the cues. It also does not mean the cue is of same high standards we would have built it with. If you are not sure about a cue, please contact us. Thank you!!

Another good friend has left us. Gosh, these losses are getting hard to take. A few days ago, Dennis Dieckman passed away.

Wow! Gene was 99.9% occluded on the second side! But, we got him through surgery and he's doing great. More testing coming up to make sure all is like it's supposed to be. In the meantime, he's still going through cardiac rehab from the heart attack. We're so thankful he's still here with us.

Gene had a heart attack on August 20th. Since then, we've been attending the Cardiac Rehab sessions. In October, Gene had surgery to open one of his carotid arteries that was 85% occluded. He is healing from that surgery and about to go through more testing on the other carotid artery, which is supposedly 99% occluded. I'll be glad when he's back to normal. Life has been a bit overwhelming since August.

Hey, everyone! We're in Midwest City, Oklahoma, USA for the 2016 WPA-APD Artistic Pool Championships, at Jamaica Joe's on SE 15th St. I've been keeping a simple website to update folks as we go. There's also a live stream of the action. We're in the playoffs, today. http://jespiddlin.net/2016wpa-apd/index.html

We moved our website from .biz to .net, but it's not up most of the time. Our apologizes. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are temporarily halted on the cuemaking, but we are hoping to be back. We just have to get some life issues put back in order. It has taken longer than we anticipated, but we don't give up easily. We miss you guys!

Life has given us a pardon, I think... Gene is "gently" picking back up with the production of cues he has on order, as he is able to start building some kind of regular schedule. His boss put him back on day shift, the grandkids have moved back home, etc. which is all a big help. I am not as much help to him as I'd like, due to bumping some of my own deadlines for some of my books that will be coming out, soon. Please bear with us as we try to get things moving in a forward motion, once again. We are NOT accepting new orders, just yet. Hang in there and thanks for your patience and support.

For anyone who hasn't figured it out, yet. We are moving our website over to www.crowncues.net Yes, all our advertising still says .biz and we apologize for that. We still have our grandchildren much of the time and Gene is unable to work on the cues at least until the end of the year. I have taken on some challenges of my own and between them and the grandkids, my time to work on the website is limited. I apologize for the lack of activity on our sites. It is a matter we have been unable to avoid. Hope to finally be back in the groove of things in 2013!
