Change is the byproduct of consist, hard work. If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.
I don’t care what you do, just do something and make sure it challenges you at some point.

Exercise isn’t a punishment for what you ate, but rather a celebration of what your body is capable of.
Will every session be your best?
Hell no.
But every session gives you the chance to be slightly better than you were before.

*this is a short WOD. Don’t waste time between rounds. Set an aggressive pace on the row that you can maintain.

The past 12-18 months I’ve been focusing more and more on Olympic Lifting and Power Lifting. However, my body and mind needed a change a pace so to speak.
That’s when I find myself getting back into what I consider the “foundations” of exercise: Strong Legs, Push and Press, Good Lung Capacity, Mobility, and the ability to move with intent and focus.
If you’re not competing for something specific (i.e. competing for power lifting, triathlons, etc.), it’s great to change up your programming and style from time to time.
