I coach highly motivated people as well as those who are stuck on where to begin get to their full potential while eliminating aches & pains and those extra lbs that have been sticking around.

Three years into being a HYROX coach, and one thing has stayed the same, the program never stops evolving.

Over the last few seasons I’ve worked with first-time racers, seasoned athletes, doubles teams, and people pushing toward higher divisions. Every race, athlete, and season has helped shape and refine how these programs are built.

With the 2026 NYC HYROX race dates now live, it’s time to start thinking about how you’re preparing.

I offer:
- 12-week Race Prep: focused, direct, and specific to race day
- 24-week Progression Program: long-term development with race prep built in

They’re now programs for life. They are updated at the end of every season based on athlete feedback, performance, and what actually works.

Buy it once, and you’ll never have to search for another HYROX training program again.

Hit the link in my bio to find the program that fits you best.

We’re bringing back the New Year’s Day Run!

Fresh air. Good people. Movement to start the year the right way.

This is less about pace and performance, and way more about community, showing up, and setting the tone for the year ahead.

Run, jog, walk, cheer, or just come hang.
Bring friends. Bring family. Bring dogs. Bring strollers.
You don’t need to be in shape. You don’t need to “train” for this. You just need to show up.

Last time, this turned into something truly special. People from all different backgrounds and fitness levels coming together to move, laugh, and start the year on a positive note. That’s the energy we’re chasing again.

If 2026 feels like a reset, a fresh start, or even just a chance to do something different on Day 1 well then this is it.

All the details + sign-up link are live.

Lock in your spot, invite your people, and let’s kick off the year together.

See you New Year’s Day.

Hiring a coach in 2026 something you rush into.

It’s not a quick fix.

And it’s definitely not something you choose based on price or convenience alone.

You’re committing time, money, and effort so it’s worth asking better questions before you say yes.

A good coach should be learning regularly, not just once years ago.

Ideally, they can tell you about something they invested in recently, within the last few months, because staying sharp and evolving matters in this field.

And here’s another big one people overlook:
Interview the coach yourself.

Don’t blindly take a gym manager’s recommendation. That’s not their job to pair you with a coach. They’re running a business not designing your training plan, a huge fu***ng difference.

Their suggestion is often about convenience or availability, not the right fit.

It’s the coach’s job to help you build the right routine, logistics, and plan to reach your goals.

But it’s your job to make sure you choose the right person to guide that process.

Think of it like dating. You can date to a few people.
But when you commit, you want to know you’re in good hands.

Ask the questions. Pay attention to the answers. And don’t settle just because someone was next in line.

If you’re unsure what to look for in a coach, drop a question below. I’m happy to help you think it through.

Looking for a new gym in 2026?
Don’t skip this step and regret it later!

January is when people rush, sign contracts, grab promo deals, and convince themselves they’ll “figure it out as they go.”

A few weeks later, they realize the space doesn’t fit their schedule, the vibe isn’t right, or the training style doesn’t match their goals and now they’re stuck.

Trying gyms now puts you way ahead:
- Go during the hours you’ll actually train
- Pay attention to the people and energy (it won’t magically change in spring)
- Make sure the space is designed for the kind of training you want to do

This isn’t about finding the cheapest option or the flashiest deal.

It’s about finding the right environment, the one you’ll actually show up to consistently.

Do the homework now.
Your future self will thank you for it.

If you’ve got questions about what kind of facility fits your goals, drop them below. I’m happy to help you think it through.

A few months ago I took a Corefire Lagree class.

Now we are, gearing up for their 4th studio and their newest expansion into floor work on top of their megaformer model.

Watching this brand grow has been unreal!

With new locations, new offerings, new staff, and that growth requires a bigger responsibility to keep the coaching standard high.

That’s where Sully’s Training Systems comes in.

I’ll be running a staff workshop to help their coaches sharpen movement standards, understand how to scale and modify safely, and elevate the client experience as CoreFire continues to expand.

Because when the staff grows, the education has to grow with it.

These workshops aren’t just about correcting form. They’re about giving instructors the tools, language, and confidence to coach better, troubleshoot faster, and keep their members safe and progressing long-term.

I love doing this type of work.
Helping large teams level up.
Helping brands build consistency across locations.
Helping coaches feel more equipped to deliver the high-quality experience their community expects.

Corefire is doing big things with this new studio, and I’m excited to be a small part of raising the bar for their next chapter.

If your facility is expanding, adding new modalities, or wants to sharpen its coaching across the board, workshops like this are a game changer.

Reach out if you want to bring one to your team or tag the studio you’d want me to visit next.
