This has been a year of growth. Excited to keep learning more, train harder, and meet more motivated gym rats.💓
Threw in some barbell squats.. damn they are heavier than I remember. Great workout with my friends swipe for todays workout + calf raises not recorded.
This workout had me so beat. My legs felt like they were going to explode😂

This is for one of my favorites. It's been so awesome to watch her confidence grow. Proud of how hard she's worked to get to where she is. There's been ups and downs but that's how shes learned. You have to love yourself!!! Mission accomplished lets keep it going❤️

Excited to go into 2022 already on track, I know what I have to do. Also can't wait to watch my business grow, so proud of myself for doing this on my own. I was nervous to make the change of working for a big corporation to running my own business. But now there's no turning back, here's to believing in yourself.🙏🏼

Motivation gets you started, and habits keep you going. Success comes from what we do consistently. The first couple weeks of starting something new is challenging, you'll want to give up or even try to find an easy alternative. Keep your focus, it does get easier. Find accountability for that first month and never look back.

Down nearly 20lbs in about 2 months!!! She asked me not to tag her but JEEZ!!! Im so proud of you😭 This client sends me her food log EVERY night and never forgets. She follows the homework I give her to do on her own time. She's learned that weight training is painful😂 And yes you have to keep working through the pain. This is a client who hated the gym when we first started, now we laugh our asses off the entire session. Physical and mental growth🤗
