Early registration ends TODAY for the state open! Get those entries in ASAP! Registration will continue until 9/26/19 at 10:00pm EST. We are just 2.5 weeks away! More sponsorship announcements coming this weekend, and the team that brings the most athletes will have their USAW club dues covered for an entire year by Kentucky Weightlifting! Unplanned personal record sn**ch for White Buffalo lifter at this mornings team practice with 47kg/103lbs! Anna has been training hard in addition to going to school and has been hungry to get back to her top weights! Coaches .barito and liked what they saw in some of Anna's lighter lifts this morning and decided it was time to slightly deviate from the planned 90% and let Anna take some heavier lifts. This is certainly what a PR lift should look like and there's no doubt she'll be able to replicate this and more at KY States on April 20th! Great job this morning Anna! We're going to have a lot of fun events throughout the day!! Check out what we have planned:

1) Door prizes! We have three packages to give away. An apparel package, a membership package, and a supplement package.

2) Owners go head to head on a CrossFit workout. We might even give out some free memberships to anyone that can beat us. 😂

3) Rowling tournament! If you can row to 100m, you can participate. This is a game of strategy 😉

4) Partner workout! We'll have scalable options for everyone. This will be a fun way to introduce people to CrossFit. Bring your friends and partner up!

It's our one year anniversary!!! We've grown tremendously in size, qualified 6 athletes for the AO series, picked up two football teams, a few players decided to compete for us, and we now occupy half of White Buffalo Training Systems with 9 platforms. We look forward to another big year!!!
