I have been training to become a care giver supporter. I have earned certifications in neurodiversity and inclusion, yoga, mindfulness SEL (social emotional learning) wellness. I will be providing yoga asana and nada yoga sound bath and mindfulness sessions. If you are interested please let me know. These are free (donations welcome) at my home and individual.
