Modified Trash Schedule due to the weather

Good evening,

As you have probably seen on the neighborhood entrance signs, the Millicent Pond HOA will be hosting our annual meeting next Tuesday, Nov 10, at 6:30 pm at Anthem Church on Garnett (farthest back building):
https://google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=36.0525,-95.8470
The venue does require masks and social distancing to host events.

If you would rather watch the meeting online, we are set up to stream the entire event:
https://twitch.tv/millicentpondhoa
No account needed to watch, just click on the above link next Tuesday at 6:30 pm. If you want to remotely ask questions or submit comments during the meeting, there are multiple options available:
- Use a Twitch account to submit comments directly on the stream (Twitch account only needed to comment, not to view stream)
- Email us at [email protected] before or during the meeting
- Message us on our website https://millicentpond.com/contact before or during the meeting
This will be our first time streaming a meeting online, so bear with us!

As always, we will be selecting a residence for free dues next year. This is usually done only for those present at the meeting to encourage attendance, but we understand circumstances this year will limit this. Therefore, all residences will be placed in the drawing this time, and we will announce the winner at the meeting.

We will be electing 2021 HOA officials as well. To smooth the process, our current HOA board members have volunteered to keep their positions through next year if there are no challengers. If you would like to run for any of the board spots, we are accepting nominations via email or at the meeting.

We appreciate your input, so please let us know if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.

Regards,
Millicent Pond HOA Board
