I rarely share much on FB aside from fun pics of family and dogs, but this fundraising campaign is worth the read and needs to be shared for many reasons!

While I'm not a yoga practitioner, I am honored to know Rex as a friend and client of mine. Like many small business owners, he's been impacted by the pandemic but it goes beyond just losing a studio space for his members and community. The work he and his team is doing is powerful and needed now more than ever.

Union Yoga is committed to providing inclusive, diverse and trauma sensitive yoga for people dealing with addiction, eating disorders, trauma, healing and recovery. Without a new space, they are compromising the safety and comfort for their community and just offering the online and local park classes is not sustainable for the long term. They deserve the opportunity to open their doors again to help more people in their journey towards wellness, but need funding for the new space.
