Being a fitness trainer for me has truly been a self journey for myself and the beautiful ladies I train. The fearless mindset I adopted has given me the courage to live life freely in the calling God has for me. Being yourself and comfortable in your skin is a journey some women never dare to even embrace . Some try to embrace this freedom and are knocked down by others. Fitness has been that key to my door of freedom. Fitness it not about the physique it’s just the bonus you get from your commitment. Fitness empowers you to go beyond what you think you can do and allows you to tap into your inner lioness. We are all capable of being comfortable in our own skin and happy about who we see in the mirror. We must first start thinking differently and realize our unique greatness. Our differences is what makes us BEAUTIFUL ❤️❤️💪🏽💪🏽

This shadow behind me is Fearless 💪🏽🔥🔥
