When you get asked to go into the garage to pull out decor for the upcoming holidays….

My sister said if she was going in, this is how she was going to do it. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

It wasn’t until I was posting this video that I heard her say there was possible insects from Australia in the garage.

She is a comedian 4real

Happy birthday to my boo-thang, Morris!!

You are such a good man in so many ways, even when you test my nerves and patience. lol
You have always been consistent in doing what you say. and even when it gets tough, you are still pushing through and that’s because you go to the Lord in prayer every single day. There has not been a day in all the years we’ve been together, that I’ve seen you waver.
You stay rooted which gives you the strength and perseverance, and I so admire that about you. It has helped me in my life and us together.

So today I celebrate you and pray for all the favor and blessings To cover over you, my Husband!
♥️♥️♥️♥️

Give a shout out to Morris, Moe, Mo-times, Coach!

I can speak for myself in saying that there is power in prayer and prayer changes things.
I have seen it, and I have felt it, but I also grew and understanding that prayer doesn’t automatically change things in that instant when we want it. but I know that God is already working.
So in knowing that if I have the opportunity to pray for someone I know God is already moving.

What a special day it is today!

How incredibly blessed I am to be your daughter and to celebrate you wholeheartedly.

so many things, I’m blessed. to be able to have done with you and never taken it for granted. To serve, develop and grow with you, travel across seas, laugh and cry together, Worship together, put up with my shenanigans. and learn from you.

You are a force to be reckoned with! You inspire, but most of all, you encourage, support, and love through and through, always bringing it back to the foundation of God.

You will always be my Mother of the Year, and no one can tell me different.

God, thank you for my Momma. 🙏🏽

Happy birthday Mommy!!!!♥️🎉

The first Fall 🍁 4Star Fit virtual class was a success!

The few things I led into the workout were:

1. Be ready to MIGIT (Make it right, get it tight)
2. Rate your conditioning/fitness level
3. Know your limits (based on your conditioning level)
4. Form over speed
5. Have fun!

All that was accomplished.

A lot was done within the 30 minutes. and time will spent 🤩

Well done yall 👏🏽🎉✊🏽♥️

Next will be October 3rd 9:45A!

**Virtual fitness may not be for everyone, but it’s definitely for some! It works ✊🏽

We always have the choice!

If it’s in our control, why not take control of it!

I’m reclaiming some of the things in my health and wellness that I should have been doing/focusing on, but I honestly was simply slacking, but not any longer!

I challenge and encourage you to do the same!
