I’m going to start posting on this site ! I’m sorry I haven’t posted ever but I’m more of a coach than this side of it !
I already introduced myself ! I have been coaching since 2009 and been in business since 2016 . I taught over 750 to 1000 kids ! I’m in the North Carolina area and I will travel a hour because the traffic is so much better here . I’m going to post pics of my students and the students I have been working with .

My name is Melanie Westbrook, and I am the proud owner of Westbrook Sports, LLC. As a licensed Swim Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, and Experienced Cheerleading, Gymnastics, and Tumbling Coach, I am thrilled to announce that I have expanded my services year-round!
Pre-registration is now open for our upcoming Summer Swim classes scheduled to begin in June 2024. More details about times and specific locations to come closer to date but student availability is limited.
I will begin scheduling Personal Training Sessions January 1st. I can help adults and children with special disabilities, sports injuries and reach new health goals. I use knowledge of nutrition and exercise to promote overall healing, with a focus on building confidence and restoring muscle weakness through strength and conditioning.
